Measuring from the bottom of the lower waist, 7-1/2″ for a short, 8-1/2″ for a regular and 9-1/2″ for a long, from the outside of the hip across to the other outside edge of the hip (adding extra for a comfortable fit). 1/2 Thigh Measurement – Measure horizontally from the outside of the thigh across the fullest part of the thigh to the inside of the thigh (adding extra for a comfortable fit). 1/2 Ankle Measurement – Measure loosely around the circumference of the ankle at the hem area and divide by 2.
